What kinds of events is Booth Box for?

Can I book a date right now?
Send an event request above to ask about availability. Your date is confirmed once we receive your signed rental agreement and retainer.
Where does Booth Box serve?
We’re based in Stockton, CA, and include travel within 70 miles of driving distance at no extra fee. San Francisco is included too! Planning an event farther away? Reach out—we’d love to work together!
Where can I find packages and pricing?
Standard Frame packages start at $599 and Full Booth Box packages start at $799, each with a two-hour minimum. Both include the essentials listed above. Each additional hour is $100. Premium upgrades are priced separately. Choose your setup and send an event request for availability and a personalized quote.
How can I secure my event date?
Your date is reserved when we receive a signed rental agreement and a retainer, typically 25% of your total. The remaining balance is due three days before your event. Dates are reserved in the order bookings are completed, so we suggest reaching out as soon as your venue is confirmed.
Does setup take away from our booth time?
Not at all! Your rental time is dedicated to taking photos. A three-hour booking means three full hours with the booth. We arrive about 60–90 minutes before your start time to set up, then pack everything away after your rental ends. Setup and breakdown do not count toward your booked hours.
Can Booth Box be used outside?
Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor setups need a completely level, paved or decked surface, such as concrete, asphalt, or a deck. We cannot install the booth on dirt, sand, or uneven grass.
What kind of power does the booth need?
Please provide a dedicated, standard 120V power outlet within 25 feet of the booth’s setup area. If needed, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Please ask us about generator availability and pricing when planning your event.
What if we need setup finished well before the booth opens?
We can arrange an earlier setup with idle time between setup and your booked start. For example, if everything needs to be ready by 4 PM but photos begin at 6 PM, those two hours are billed at a reduced idle-hour rate while the equipment and attendant remain on standby.
Will someone be there to help our guests?
Absolutely. Every rental includes a friendly, professional on-site attendant to welcome guests, help with props, keep the experience lively, and make sure the booth runs smoothly.
